The new batch workflow removes that repetition. Build a queue once, choose your output format, and let FreeOCR.AI move through the documents in order.
Select multiple PDFs
Pick all the individual PDF files you want to process and add them to one queue in a single step. Add or remove files before starting whenever you need to fine-tune the batch.

Point FreeOCR.AI at a folder and add the PDFs inside without selecting every file by hand—ideal for archives, reports, and other document-heavy projects.
A Batch Workflow You Can Follow

See every selected file and the total page count before processing begins.
Choose one output format
Export the batch as plain text, Markdown, or editable Word documents.
Track every result
Follow page progress and see which PDFs succeeded, failed, or were skipped. Failed files can be retried without rebuilding the batch.
Less Repetition, More Documents Finished
Each PDF still produces its own output file, but you no longer have to babysit the process between documents. FreeOCR.AI saves completed results alongside their source files, keeps going through the queue, and gives you a clear summary at the end.
